📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that during high-demand seasons (e.g. game season, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, it will be sent out for printing, packing, and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays or local postal services.
🌎 International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
🔄 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.
❗ Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking info first. If it shows no updates for more than 10 business days, contact our support team at support@mojinest.com, and we will gladly assist.
📬 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP — we can update it only if the order has not been processed yet.
🛑 Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to you. A re-shipping fee may apply.
