Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  
If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or exchange within **30 days** of receiving your order.  

Conditions for return:  
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.  
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
